Mr. Grayson Brookshire was very professional. When he came out to inspect the job, he gave me an estimate. The final cost was less than what he quoted. His crew was very hardworking, courteous, respectful of the property, and did an excellent job.

Project: remove old fuel oil tank. Work was done as quoted. They did a good job. I'm very pleased with the project results.

The job turned out to be larger and more complex than anticipated. The tank was a 1000 gallon instead of the 500 expected. Removal of the tank was difficult due to its location. It took considerable skill, patience and time to do the job and, In spite of all the unexpected complications Cobblestone Enterprises honored their original bid.

Grayson is extremely knowledgeable on what needed to be done to put our driveway back together after another contractor tore it up and left it in a complete mess. He is very professional and completed our project in two days. We are would strongly recommend him for any asphalt project you need to done.

I would give Grayson 7 stars if I could. Unlike many contractors I have tried to work with, he has been unfailingly responsive, highly professional and skilled, communicative, friendly, and eager to get a job done well. He shows up on time and makes sure everything is done right on the job site. He is obviously experienced and a creative thinker. With some creative thinking he helped solve a difficult septic placement issue on a difficult piece of land while digging test pits for a new home. I will ask for him first for any future digging or grading jobs.

Timely and professional! I am a real estate agent and they 'saved the day'!!

On a positive, they responded quickly, scheduled work timely, for what seemed like a good price. But, work done was not exactly what we discussed to be done; was charged extra for additional material, which was still skimpy; refused to use landscaping fabric, so now I have weeds and grass growing through rocks and mulch; despite assurances the work would hold up no matter how heavy the rain, a portion washed out in the first rain, 3 days after work was completed. I called to let them know about it, but have not seen or heard from them since. Now I need to spend more money to fix their work, keep the weeds at bay, and beef up the materials. UPDATE: after my initial review, I received a call from the owner, asking me if I would change my review if he came back and fixed his work. He also blamed his employees saying they told him they had told him they fixed the previous problems. He said hed send someone out to assess what needed to be done. That was three weeks ago and they have not shown up, nor have I heard from them again. Now I have to find someone and pay them to come back and fix the mess Cobblestone made. They need to focus more on their work, and less on ratings. Update 2: after posting last update, Grayson called and apologized , and blamed his crew saying they told him they had fixed it. He offered to come back and fix the mess they made, or refund some of the $2600 they charged me. I asked for proposal of what work they would do, or what refund amount he was offering. Never heard from him again. Terrible work, lack of integrity and customer service non-existent.

I highly recommend this company. First they answered the phone or called back within few hours. Then they came to give me an estimate later that day. The delivery of the project was on time and carefully completed as promised. They are courteous, competent, and easy to work with.

These guys were great. great communication great work. Exceeded our expectations. Had a last moment request to get something done and they worked with us and completed it a half day early. Highly recommend!
