"I had solar panels installed by SunPower's subcontractor Hooked on Solar in 2020. In 2023 some of the panels were damaged by an electrical outage and surge. It took about 4 months for Hooked on Solar to identify the damaged panels, schedule an appointment to replacement, but finally they fixed the panels."

"Tim did a great job with the replacement of our water heater. Even though it was the day after Thanksgiving he moved some of his other appointments around to come to our home that afternoon. Tim and his assistant were careful to put on shoe covers in the house and to observe COVID 19 precautions. The job required more complicated plumbing since we have a desuperheater loop from our geothermal heat pump that connects to the water heater; the additional charge for this work was minimal. Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."

"The workers were punctual (early) efficient, very had working and left the property extremely clean. There was an onsite project manager, Steve Heslin who kept us informed through the whole process. I highly recommend this company from Van Starling II to the finished product."

"Excellent job. Our shower leak was quickly diagnosed. The part needed to be ordered, but was easy to install, so Mr. Paxton kindly showed us how to install, saving us the cost of a 2nd visit. He also completed our ½ completed replacement of a toilet's tank components. Definitely recommend."

"I spoke with Jamel and Kyle out of Garner for a quote on solar panel installation on our home. Jamel first spoke with my wife and she made comment of his knowledge and how he was respectful of her space. Both Jamel and Kyle were very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions (and I tend to have a lot of them) and concerns. While ultimately out of our price range, based on my interaction with Jamel and Kyle I would be very willing to do business with Top Tier."
