"I had solar panels installed by SunPower's subcontractor Hooked on Solar in 2020. In 2023 some of the panels were damaged by an electrical outage and surge. It took about 4 months for Hooked on Solar to identify the damaged panels, schedule an appointment to replacement, but finally they fixed the panels."

Jamel first spoke with my wife and she made comment of his knowledge and how he was respectful of her space. Both Jamel and Kyle were very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions (and I tend to have a lot of them) and concerns.
