Every step of the process went great. No issues at all. Every staff member that we came into contact with was kind, knowledgeable, and informative. The company also offers financing, so being able to get our roof replaced without having to hand over the $40,000 all at once was extremely helpful to us.

This is a shady company. They set right in my dining room and told me to my face that if there was any wood rot when they removed my windows or sliding door they would fix it. Then when thy find some wood rot in a 2ft section of board that my Sliding door screwed down into that sits on top of cinderblock wall, along with about 2x2 of plywood that needs to be replaced they said sorry we are not going to fix that. So they put my old door back in, and not the way it was. It barely opens now and has major damage from where they removed it. Then they stored all their material in my garage and left me in a mess. On top of that the windows they put in have hand prints and finger prints all over them from the installed. I am tired of shady companies and lying salesmen. They can take me to court. Until then they are not getting paid for the 18K worth of windows they put in because the project is not complete. I would not recommend them to anyone.

DO NOT HIRE POWER HOME REMODELING FOR VINYL SIDING INSTALLATION. They installed gorgeous windows in January, so I had no qualms about hiring them to replace my siding in June. Then the nightmare began. The sub-contractor they used left my yard and driveway littered with nails, screws, naked razor blades, sharp pieces of metal and trash. They never tried to clean up after themselves. There were beer bottles in the dumpster each evening and bottle caps littering my yard. They RUINED my new windows. The casings they reinstalled are not level and have dents and odd twists. The way they covered the half-moon window at the kitchen is atrocious. They installed trim around my windows to hide the horrible, sloppy job they did when they cut the siding. And they couldn't even install this trim neatly. None of it is level or straight. The white caulking on gray trim looks like a 5 year old finger-painted it. Then, a week after the install two sections of siding fell off the back of my house. Two managers came a week later (early July) and cleaned up the mess but then tried to tell me my windows were supposed to look like that. And yet, the pictures their inspector took in January and uploaded to their app clearly shows the windows were properly installed in January. What the siding crew did looks nothing like those pictures. Those two managers rehung the siding that fell but now they are coming loose again. Other sections are loose as well. One of the managers emailed me on 8/17/23 saying she would call me the next day to set up time for workers to come out to fix all the problems but I never heard from her again. I called them two weeks later and the manager who answered said they would send people out on 9/15/23 so I took the day off from work. No one showed up. When I called I was told that manager never put me on their schedule for that day or any other day. They rescheduled for today, 9/29/23, and they said an install manager and two workers would be out. I called again this and was told no manager would be out but a full window team would. Two men showed up. It took them 2 hours to reinstall the casing on one window. It is level but still doesn't look like my windows in January. They can't do some of the windows because of siding issues and their manager tried to contact PHR. I called the company again and was told they sent this two-man window team based on my email in August that only said the windows needed to be fixed. That email was a response to my full, written list of demands I gave one of the install managers in July. My full list includes the siding issues. They said they would send another install manager out but didn't know when that would be. Instead of owning up to all the mistakes their siding sub-contractors caused and fixing them from the start, they keep giving me the run-around. Do not trust Power Home Remodeling with siding installation in the Charlotte area.

Everyone we dealt with was great. From the salesman Scott, to the installation crew, to the Quality assurance manager Chris- all were kind and informative through the whole process. The installation crew got things done very efficiently and were pleasant the whole time and did a good job cleaning up when they were done. I would definitely recommend Power to anyone looking to have work done

We love the windows and the installers.Unfortunately the windows installed were different then ones shown. The sales person did the demo with their sample against their competitors . It wasn’t apples to apples.When someone came out to our house after install I questioned this. He said he would send someone out (didn’t happen). More than a week later I called again, they said someone would call me back (didn’t happen). On my third try, I finally got someone to talk to me about the situation. I explained what we were sold and what we got weren't the same. He said all the windows from their manufacturer were the same. My complaint was the spacing between the two windows panes . The ones shown to us had a gap big enough to slide your hand between and one pane was supposed to 6mm thick and the other 3mm (wasn’t true . He said they had only 5mm and 3mm thickness. I am familiar with these measurements. Feel this was a Bait and switch. We just want to make sure we got what we paid for.

We had all the windows replaced in our home. We were dreading the ordeal but it was a very good experience. Our sales person, Stephanie Galo, was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Joe Nelson spent about 4 hours measuring windows, answering questions, etc. - another great experience. The crew lead by Raphael was professional, hardworking and helpful. Finally, Mike Santos the Quality Assurance man was also very helpful and spent a lot of time making sure everything was perfect and that we were completely satisfied with the project. We would definitely use Power Home again and would recommend them to our friends.

We are making several home improvements including the installation of new windows that can greatly reduce energy loss in our 1980s home. We recently chose Power Home Remodeling to replace all of our 35-year-old second-floor windows and are pleased with both the windows and their installation. The double-hung vinyl windows look great and operate smoothly. Power Home Remodeling offers highly heat-resistant windows that were custom-designed and built for them by Pella - exactly what we were looking for. Installation went smoothly, with good communication prior to the install date. The crew arrived on time, talked to us about the process and worked efficiently. They finished their work, including thorough cleanup both inside and out, in just a few hours. A Power Home Remodeling representative visited us shortly after the installation to inspect the work, talk with us about a minor exterior-paint issue and arrange for that to be corrected to our satisfaction.
