When our consultants visit your home and provide a demo they show you the exact product that will be installed onto your home. We try our best to explain to the customer exactly what will be going on, and installed during their project with absolute clarity, but in very rare cases there could be miscommunication. It’s for that reason we like to demo our product to avoid even the slightest bit of confusion and lower the chance of a misunderstanding.
