"This is a great company with a awesome product. At a minimum, have one of their extremely knowledgeable representatives give you a demonstration of the quality and craftsmanship that goes into each and every window. The money you spend, you’ll save 10-fold from energy savings, looks, and of course resale."

"Liberty Tint Solutions did window tinting at my residence and also for my automobile windows. They do a great job at reasonable price. It was a great value for the money. I have had no problems at all and would highly recommend Liberty."

"Payne Roberts was so personable and knew what he was talking about. His presentation of the windows kept me fully engaged, his enthusiasm about this company, it's growth and everyone there that keeps it growing. This shows a man that definitely believes in what he says. Payne wanted so badly for me to get these windows because he saw how bad mine was that he tried everything that he could including missing an appointment while waiting for my family to call back to help me. I really want to do business with this company, to have the person you are talking with believe in it so much, I will not even think of getting my windows done anywhere else. Thanks, Payne, for being the person who came to my house. I will find a way to get my windows done through Legacy Home Remodeling."

"Tom and Autumn were prompt in their availability to give an estimate and then install our window films. They are true professionals with both the windows that had easy access, as in our kitchen, and the windows needing a tall ladder, as above our front door and fireplace. Tom even went above and beyond by handing my husband the globes from our entry chandelier for cleaning and then he put them back up (we do not have a 16-ft. ladder!). We enthusiastically recommend them AND the difference the ECOFilm is making in reducing UV glare and heat without blocking some natural light!"

Windows questions, answered by experts

In Monroe, replacing a single window typically takes 2–4 hours, while a full-home window replacement may require 2–5 days, depending on home size and window type. Spring and summer can bring delays due to high pollen and afternoon storms. Custom window orders often add extra time, and local permit approvals in Monroe generally take 3–5 business days before installation can begin.

Helpful?

In Monroe, be wary of window replacement quotes that are much lower than others, as this can signal hidden costs or shortcuts. Look for clear mention of local building codes and energy efficiency standards. If a contractor avoids discussing Monroe’s humid climate or doesn’t provide local references, consider it a warning sign. Always confirm insurance and avoid anyone who pressures you to commit on the spot.

Helpful?

In Monroe, schedule window installation during cooler parts of the day to avoid heat exposure. Keep pets and children away from work zones by using temporary gates or closed doors, especially since many Monroe homes have open yards. Ask your contractor to seal off work areas to limit dust and pollen, and request that they complete one room at a time to maintain indoor comfort and air quality.

Helpful?

In Monroe, signs your window installation may need attention include persistent drafts, condensation between panes, or rising energy bills—especially during hot summers. Watch for water leaks after storms, windows that stick due to humidity, or gaps caused by shifting clay soil. Damaged weatherstripping, pest entry, and outdated installation techniques are also strong indicators that it’s time to revisit your window service project.

Helpful?

New Monroe homeowners should start by checking for drafts and upgrading weatherstripping to improve energy efficiency. Focus on west- and south-facing windows, which get the most sun. Consider installing storm windows for added protection during severe weather, and update screens to keep out insects during Monroe’s long warm season. For older homes, prioritize windows with strong seals to help manage heavy pollen and humidity.
