"They were fantastic. I was able to get a model that resembles a box versus the bulky-looking radon fans most homes have. They were also able to install it in a location that hides it very well. I'm very pleased with the installation and their service."

"Was called by this company regarding my concern for the level of radon gas in our home. They went above and beyond to help me with suggestions on what to do and through test kits I purchased online, I determined we had be very little radon gas. Although I didnâ t need their services they were beyond helpful!"

"Report was well written and thorough.  We also felt that the price was very good for the size and age of the house.  Would have liked more communication after inspection was finished to let us know when the report would be issued and offer of a phone call to provide verbal explanation.

"They installed a Radon Mitigation System. They were very accommodating. They wanted to ensure we were satisfied with the placement of the radon fan and plumbing. We went over everything twice. They were highly experienced. Our radon level in our basement was 4.5 before the installation and 48 hours later was 3.5 and is now recording steadily at 2.5. We will probably take additional measures to improve the quality of air but a radon mitigation system is the first step. Over time we hope the radon mitigation system will drop the level even further. I would recommend this company to others who need a radon system installed."

The cost to replace a radon fan ranges from $300 to $600 for the fan itself, with installation adding an additional $200 to $500. Overall, the total cost for replacement can range from $500 to $1,100, depending on factors such as the fan model, home size, and local labor rates. If the fan is part of a larger radon mitigation system, the price may be higher.

Mitigation reduces radon levels, protecting your health and complying with safety standards.

Installing a mitigation system reduces radon levels, which can cause lung cancer, providing peace of mind and long-term health benefits. It can also increase your home’s value, as many buyers prefer properties with radon safety measures in place. The investment is relatively low compared to the potential health risks associated with prolonged radon exposure.

Testing every 2-5 years or upon adjusting occupancy or structural changes maintains safe environments.

Radon is present almost everywhere but, like sunlight, the concentration levels and how often you are exposed to it have a large part to play in just how dangerous it is. There are levels of radon that are acceptable inside a house, but above a certain limit, radon becomes a serious radioactive hazard that is a known cause of lung cancer. In fact, radon exposure is the number two leading cause of lung cancer (after smoking).
