"Austin was great!!! His communication and explanation of recommended solutions was like no other. He was tasked to fix an issue from previous plumber that would not come back to correct faulty install of spigot and water hydrant. Austin explained what happened with the previous installation and the below par accessories that the previous plumber used. Austin also installed water faucet , water line , trench, and installed French drain for outdoor sink that we had waited for the previous plumber to install for almost 2 years . We highly recommend Austin for his quality of work, professionalism, explanation of resolution and communication from first call to job completion! "The job went great! They were able to remove a very large drainpipe that was 5 feet below the road. Additionally they installed a larger pipe for us, and did an excellent job getting it seated in place and covering it up. The road going into our farm doesn't flood anymore and the water is able to drain nicely on the sides where they helped dig the angle much better than any piece of farm equipment we had on hand. Mr. Lozy was kind enough to help us dig a really small pond for the deer as well. With his excavator it took 3 minutes, what would have taken me 18 hours and a broken back to do with a shovel."

"Scrubbed mold from wooden support members under concrete porch. More than willing to retouch areas that I felt needed fine tuning. Allowed to dry & double coated with antimicrobial sealer. Hand dug in different area down to French Drain in attempt to cap off & re-route. Owner of Falcone drilled several weep holes in concrete blocks that were allowing slight seepage into crawl. Water tested area of concrete patio & bricks that I had installed recently above seepage area in series to correct. Even though he brought his trenching equip for substantial dig that was quoted, Fred felt that I had solved the seepage problem & did not need the modification to french drain. Saved me a bunch of money by not doing this & by not fabricating additional expenses related to trailering equip to the site. Note: Most contractors would have proceeded with the dig needed or not, out of greed. I felt that Fred was very knowledgeable, competent, honest and that he &  his crew were quite focused on making sure that I was a satisfied customer. "G & E Plumbing was an absolute lifesaver. Our previous plumber left the job in terrible shape, with a mountain of work left to do and plenty that had to be redone. Gerardo, the owner, came out and did the work himself. He rectified problem after problem, from toilet flanges to two improvised P-traps with AAV vents under sinks caused by rough-in installed in the wrong place. His problem-solving got us to code and through inspection on the first pass. His communication is excellent. He shows up on time and works fast. This is the guy you want on speed dial, whether it's an emergency repair or rough-in and finish trim done properly. No cutting corners. I know this because he came in specifically to fix the work of someone who did. He caught issues I had no idea about, and he knows the code inside and out. He's friendly, kind, and he'll travel. "A representative for Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Kernersville called me around 10:00 am and indicated he had a plumber in the area who would be able to come to my home within 1 1/2 hours. I had a 36 year old natural gas hot water heater that had begun to leak. I knew it needed to be replaced, and an expansion tank needed to be installed. Sebastian arrived around 11:00 AM, reviewed the heater, and provided pricing options. I asked when he could get to the job and he indicated he could do the job that afternoon, he just needed to go get the materials. The installation was quick and done very well. The original flue and gas lines were used, and new inlet and outlet pipes were installed. The job was completed and Sebastian was leaving my property by 3:30 PM."
