They left the water drainage open and were supposed to contact the water company. Well, I found out (4 days later) that they have not been contacted and the water is running outside in the drainage.

Worst company ever. They charged 380.00 and issue still remains. You charge an 80.00 trip charge,80.00 to identify the problem .Then you tell me you will fix it for an additional 400.00.They are nothing but crooks.

Dax was great not only did he fix my clogged main line causing backup in my house in 20 minutes or so. He gave me multiple pointers on how to fix this if it happened again, letting me know of multiple tools other than just the obvious "snake" that usually fixes clogged drains. Also the price he quoted on the phone was what he charged All though he did state it could get more expensive depending on severity he stayed on the lowest end of the quote and not a dollar more. Highly recommended!

They were very prompt in responding to my inquiry but I felt like they were a little pricey for the work they did. I had just had surgery and could not go down steps and when my husband came home and went to check the work they had left trash on our basement floor.

I feel like I got taken advantage of. He arrived 20 minutes after he said he would be here, was here for approximately 40 minutes and charged me $300 to unclog my pipe.

I believe that anyone that is willing to pay for a service should receive the service they paid for. If the company doesn't complete the job, they shouldn't be paid for it.

"hi this is Magic Rooter we went out to Mr. J (name removed by customer's request) residence ran a hundred feet of snake pulled out baby wipes and we had informed him not to do so it will clog you back up again anything of that sort you cannot put in your toilet we have explained that to him but each time we went out that's what we have pulled out we've done our job to the fullest also we went back out again done the same thing"

I was in need and he was the only one that came up on HomeAdvisor. I called and he was very prompt and polite. He gave me a travel price and I agreed. He came and said it was an hour drive. Came in the house and gave me a price and it was high. He was not in my house and didn't take him more than 3 min. to fix my problem and then raised the price 15.00 more dollars. Overall I had no choice because I only live with one bathroom but I can't and can not afford those kind of prices. He was very nice but I felt because I was a single women he felt he could charge anything he wanted. I did not do my research but you can bet I will the next time.
