Two men came out the evening I called to see what the job would entail. The next day one of the men returned to do the repairs. Our house has several areas of plumbing problems original to the house. The kitchen drain was one of those original problem areas which made the leak repair much more complicated. The problem and its correction was well thought through by the two plumbers and as a result the repair was straight to the point of need. I was very satisfied with the entire repair. Very professional with what I thought was a reasonable cost for what the job required.

Received immediate call back on my initial call and had service man dispatched within the hour. Service man disassembled the unit, cleared the unit of clogged debris and instructed me on how to continue the cleaning process. Totally satisfied and will use these guys again.

They were very patient with all of my questions. I rated them a B on responsiveness because sometimes it took longer for them to return my phone calls.

After checking everything, suspecting somehow the water was getting crossed up, he came in to check the hot water and I had hot water in the kitchen and he checked the bath tub. something black came out of the tub which let him know that something had been probably clogging causing the cross up. But he called and came right away and got right on the job. Very nice and polite. I couldn't ask for better service. The price was great, being he didn't do a whole lot and didn't have to go into a lot of depth with anything he only charged me a small amount which I thought was awesome! I didn't feel like I was being robbed! He will be the one I call the next time!

Toilet shifts, sink is wobbly. Told before arriving all finishes were to be chrome. Arrived with plastic (not chrome) parts and then charged me the hour it took to go back and get the correct parts. Kept talking/answering cell phone so work took twice as long. Poor quality on finished job. Both sink and toilet are very wobbly.

Sewage was backing up into my downstairs tub. I called several plumbers early in the morning and none had returned my call by noon except Spencer plumbing. He came that afternoon, fixed the problem and actually showed me how to fix it myself if it ever happened again. Service was friendly, professional and reasonably priced. After having some terrible experiences with other local plumbers overpriced and incompetent services, Spencer plumbing was a breath of fresh air. Will definitely use again.

This was done professionally and in a friendly manner. They arrived on time. No time was wasted in doing the work and they had all supplies necessary to do the job. I was very pleased with the work done. The cost was very reasonable for the work done and the cost was below what other plumbers would charge. I will definitely will use them again when the need arises.

. I use them all the time. They are very good. They are very efficient. I had them three times to repair the same toilet that backed up. They only charged me $30. The second time they did not charge me anything. The third time the owner came out and he said that there is nothing wrong with the toilet but it was off-centred, it was warped. He said that I could go to Home Depot and ask them for another one and they will give me another one. He also told me that I could use him as a reference and tell them that he had already come and looked at it. One does not get that kind of service from a regular plumber company. They are home grown type of plumber company and they are great. They charged me $60 to take one whole toilet out and replace it with another one. The workers are wonderful. After the second or third time the fellows feel like part of the family. The new toilet is holding up fine. He was right about it was old. I will them in the future.

My family has been using him for many, many years. I had a leak in my toilet and he didn't think that was the problem. He checked it and it wasn't the problem, so he didn't charge me. He's the only plumber that I use.
