"EXCELLENT! Sent a message via Angie's List to AAD and received an almost immediate replay from owner, Kevin. Explained above and HE asked if he could come out the next morning! Arrived promptly, checked airflow and agreed something was amiss. Normally, AAD only guaranteed their dryer exhaust cleaning for 4 months, however, no charge was requested. Kevin found and showed me that the vertical air flow pipe from dryer to roof was detached from roof vent, and air was being issued to attic. Kevin re-secured the pipe to the roof vent and all was well. Kevin also asked if HE could re-clean the vent pipe with his mobile super vacuum, which he did. The pipe was clean as minimal lint found. It was outstanding display of customer service and I recommend him highly because of his concern for the customer."
