The house was built in 2001. When the upstairs unit stopped cooling we called Accu-Rite. Got the name from our neighbor who had used them and was very pleased. We would use them again especially when we replace units. Would highly recommend. The company doesn't advertise much as the owner wants to build his reputation on quality work for his customers and word of mouth business.
