Not sure if the air ducts, vents and dryer vent had ever been cleaned before. Set up a date & time for the work to be done. Mr. Trivette and his helper were polite upon their arrival, professional in their work duties and very clean. They went above & beyond when cleaning the dryer vent. The connecting flexable tube had a tear where it connects to the dryer. They took the time to repair, reconnect and ensure its proper working condition. I highly recommend Appalachian AirDucts.
