They promptly responded to my request and addressed two issues of concern: A) Inspection of the roof with emphasis on defective or missing asphalt tiles and B) Securing all lose tiles, redoing the collars around pipes projecting through the roof (exhaust/fumes) and installing new flushings for smooth transitions.
