"A Dry Pro team came out today and installed a "crawlspace drainage system". Jonathan the team leader, came to me first thing this morning with full specifications and scaled drawings of the project. We went over everything that was to be done and verified all the locations around the house. Edwin and Taylor the other team members got to work right away. Jonathan took beginning, unprocessed and completed photos and videos. The team cleaned up the worksite beautifully. While Taylor and Edwin finished loading the truck I went over the job and viewed the photos and videos Jonathan had taken. "I cancelled a job I put a deposit of $10,826.95 down for because the sale of my home fell through. I cancelled on June 13th and I still haven't received my refund as of 8/19. We have reached out on 3 separate occasions. My wife and I have been told different stories by different people as to what happened, but not much of it is adding up. After holding our deposit for over two months the manager said-- "We cannot do anything more to compensate you." Apparently, it is being overnighted this evening. "This is a large organization. I spoke with a sales person about the products, pricing and warranty, a different person came out to take the final measurements, someone else called to schedule the job, and finally, the crew showed up to install the windows and doors. My sales person was Spencer Gaston. Spencer arrived on-time for the appointment. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He introduced the company (windows made in USA) and explained all the features of the windows thoroughly. The price he was able to offer was within my budget and significantly lower than I could find elsewhere. Another gentleman came a few days later to take the final measurements. He clearly explained that we'd need to remove the window and door coverings and how much room the installers would need. The windows were manufactured quickly. Someone called to schedule the installation. The installers arrived a half and hour early and got right to work. They laid down blankets to protect my belongings and flooring. The foreman encouraged asking questions. The only issue that arose was the adjustment of the screen on the sliding glass door. After I mentioned it, they fixed it to my satisfaction. The installation crew worked hard and cleaned up after themselves."

"Our experience What a nightmare This company was to deal with. Every step had issues from the wrong shape of the pool to the driveway that was majorly damaged and not fixed. They brought dirt in with broken glass and garbage in. We had to physically pick up the glass and trash so we could have the new sod. They left 6 feet of dirt in the yard that was starting to slide in the water. The project manager said that he wasn’t a project manager, so dealing with him was horrible. He was so rude all the time. He had no idea of what was happening. The workers would ask my husband what they were supposed to do and luckily he could communicate in Spanish. We managed the workers ourselves. What a nightmare and not worth it."

They brought dirt in with broken glass and garbage in. We had to physically pick up the glass and trash so we could have the new sod. They left 6 feet of dirt in the yard that was starting to slide in the water. The project manager said that he wasn’t a project manager, so dealing with him was horrible. He was so rude all the time. He had no idea of what was happening. The workers would ask my husband what they were supposed to do and luckily he could communicate in Spanish. We managed the workers ourselves. What a nightmare and not worth it."
