We have reached out on 3 separate occasions. My wife and I have been told different stories by different people as to what happened, but not much of it is adding up. Sadly, my advice is to proceed with caution. I give 2-stars because they apparently still have the money to refund me, it could have been worse I suppose."

I spoke with a sales person about the products, pricing and warranty, a different person came out to take the final measurements, someone else called to schedule the job, and finally, the crew showed up to install the windows and doors. My sales person was Spencer Gaston. Spencer arrived on-time for the appointment. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He introduced the company (windows made in USA) and explained all the features of the windows thoroughly. The price he was able to offer was within my budget and significantly lower than I could find elsewhere. Another gentleman came a few days later to take the final measurements. He clearly explained that we'd need to remove the window and door coverings and how much room the installers would need. The windows were manufactured quickly. Someone called to schedule the installation. The installers arrived a half and hour early and got right to work. They laid down blankets to protect my belongings and flooring. The foreman encouraged asking questions. The only issue that arose was the adjustment of the screen on the sliding glass door. After I mentioned it, they fixed it to my satisfaction. The installation crew worked hard and cleaned up after themselves."
