"They were pricy, but came highly recommended. They were prompt in scheduling. Their main selling point is the quality of the prep cleaning. While the new deck looked OK, there were missed areas on the existing porch. The quality of the staining itself was variable - there were areas where they did a great job, and others that were missed, overlooked, or intentionally ignored. The eaves were among the intentionally ignored, and I was told "that's defined as part of the roof structure, which isn't included." Excuse me, but the contract says "clean and stain exterior of screen porch" - it does not say "screen porch walls only." Another ignored area was the top edge of the fascia and floorboards, which they stained above, and below, leaving a gap. And there were several other spots that were overlooked even after a visit to complete punch list items. I asked multiple times to talk to the owner but he never called me back. Next time I'll just hire a real house painter."

"I hired John to paint my living room from a red to a light beige. I also added the hallway while he was on site. He communicated with me as much as needed. He showed up in the day scheduled a little early and got started right away. He added as many coats as needed to make sure true dark color was completely covered. He did an amazing job and gladly touched up a couple spots that may have been needed. He was very polite and cleaned up as the job went on. I am so happy to have found John. "Greg is THE MAN for patio restoration and re-sanding. My patio was in need of re-sand, repairing and leveling some pavers, and removal of moss. I’ve had other contractors do this before but they only power wash. Power wash was just the initial step for Greg. After washing, he literally scraped and shop-vacced every grain of the old sand out of the joints before refilling with new polymeric sand. He also allowed proper drying time between stages. End result is that my patio looks like the day it was built. Looks brand new. Truly blown away with his attention to detail in the cleaning process and removal of old sand.
