"They were pricy, but came highly recommended. They were prompt in scheduling. Their main selling point is the quality of the prep cleaning. While the new deck looked OK, there were missed areas on the existing porch. The quality of the staining itself was variable - there were areas where they did a great job, and others that were missed, overlooked, or intentionally ignored. The eaves were among the intentionally ignored, and I was told "that's defined as part of the roof structure, which isn't included." Excuse me, but the contract says "clean and stain exterior of screen porch" - it does not say "screen porch walls only." Another ignored area was the top edge of the fascia and floorboards, which they stained above, and below, leaving a gap. And there were several other spots that were overlooked even after a visit to complete punch list items. I asked multiple times to talk to the owner but he never called me back. Next time I'll just hire a real house painter."

The two carpenters in particular who did the majority of the work were excellent. Only complaint is minor as perhaps they could have cleaned up better when work was finished as we found many plastic labels that came off the ends of the new deck boards as well as a few random nails. Again a very minor complaint."

"I hired John to paint my living room from a red to a light beige. I also added the hallway while he was on site. He communicated with me as much as needed. He showed up in the day scheduled a little early and got started right away. He added as many coats as needed to make sure true dark color was completely covered. He did an amazing job and gladly touched up a couple spots that may have been needed. He was very polite and cleaned up as the job went on. I am so happy to have found John. They came promptly as the weather permitted. He and his crew were meticulous and expert in their painting. They left no mess behind on any day of work. It was fun to see the progress and we feel like we have a new home and deck and are thrilled with it. It was a pleasure to work with Diego and his crew."

"Greg is THE MAN for patio restoration and re-sanding. My patio was in need of re-sand, repairing and leveling some pavers, and removal of moss. I’ve had other contractors do this before but they only power wash. Power wash was just the initial step for Greg. After washing, he literally scraped and shop-vacced every grain of the old sand out of the joints before refilling with new polymeric sand. He also allowed proper drying time between stages. End result is that my patio looks like the day it was built. Looks brand new. Truly blown away with his attention to detail in the cleaning process and removal of old sand. Pricing was very similar to another contractor I talked to but I am confident I would not have gotten Greg’s quality of work with someone else. Communication was great and he was always on time and got the project started very promptly after we decided to move forward. Amazing work."

Work required a complete pressure wash cleaning, then sanding to take most strip most of the wood to bare wood surface. Excellent, excellent completed project in a timely manner. Plants near deck were covered for protection as was the windows and side of house. I highly recommend Cenia and her company for such work."
