"the service guys hooked a machine up to air handler and let it run for a while. They cleaned the returns and I asked them what the machine was doing, they told me it was sucking the dust out. I did not see them put anything in the main trunk lines to release the dust from the walls of the trunk line. They weren’t even going to clean the vent lines until I mentioned something about them. So they opened each vent and put a air hose with a 6 inch worn brush in each vent and only went about 6 feet in them. So I know that most of my vent lines and trunk lines didn’t get cleaned properly and for $585 bucks I thought they would do a better job."

"Greg is THE MAN for patio restoration and re-sanding. My patio was in need of re-sand, repairing and leveling some pavers, and removal of moss. I’ve had other contractors do this before but they only power wash. Power wash was just the initial step for Greg. After washing, he literally scraped and shop-vacced every grain of the old sand out of the joints before refilling with new polymeric sand. He also allowed proper drying time between stages. End result is that my patio looks like the day it was built. Looks brand new. Truly blown away with his attention to detail in the cleaning process and removal of old sand. Pricing was very similar to another contractor I talked to but I am confident I would not have gotten Greg’s quality of work with someone else.
