"We have been trying to get insulation installed into our crawlspace since September. We contacted Wize Home Direct to come and quote the job. The employee that showed up took into account our concerns for the job and need for hasty installation (it is now Nov). They gave us a price and we agreed to hire them. Later that week, Racheal called and scheduled the install. The installers were third party company hired by Wize Home Direct. They came the day as promised and started right away. When they finished I inspected the work and found an area that was not completed near my HVAC distribution box. I contacted Wize Home Direct and they contacted installer and the next day they were back and fixed what was over looked. All in all I am pleased withe work and customer service they provided."
