"Great honest contractors. They did my bathrooms, hot water heater, unclogged my house drain and they did a French drain so my basement is not wet anymore. I already hired them to do my whole roof in the spring. I will hire them anytime."

We are a small town company, with small town values. We work all over eastern NC on ALL types of homes. We do roofing, framing, drywall, painting, and flooring of all types. We also do plumbing, lights, and deck building, all at rates the community loves! "The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."

"I needed a 4 panel glass shower door installed in a space where the walls were not even. Charles and Travis took extra care to make sure everything was measured correctly and fit perfectly They were courteous and cleaned up before they left. I would not hesitate to let them finish a project if I were not home and will be using them again soon."

"They did a fantastic job and were very thorough in their work ethic. Matthew and his team are very professional, courteous and take pride in their work, which is sometimes hard to find. This is the second project they have completed at my home. I just cant say enough about what they do to make you happy and go the extra mile, even on things that need attention and are not even in the quote when asked to take care of. They simply just do the little extras without judgment. I would highly recommend them for any project at the present time.
Regarding the previous review, I had no problems on Matthew getting back to me on the revised initial quote in a timely manner. He was very prompt and adjusted all areas as requested to meet my budget.
