By that time, I called Pro Plumbing on Wednesday morning - Joshua Clayton was out to my house by 2 pm - was able to get me set up for the next day with a full system. By Thursday at 8:15 am - Shaun Roberts and Bryan Jones were at my house removing my old unit and installing a brand new more efficient unit. They spent over 8 hours making sure everything was set up correctly and up to code. I could not be more appreciative for their professionalism. They spent probably more than 4 hours up in my attic making sure everything was easy to get to and set up correctly. The only con on this whole process was price. It was a little bit expensive, but with the service I received, I am willing to pay just a little bit more. PS I also got a 1-year service agreement with the unit that includes - two visits for my air conditioner/heating unit, two visits from a plumbing specialist and two visits from an electrician specialist."

"Our technician, Dameyan Jackson, called the night before the day of service to let me know the time that he would be here to service our system. On Friday, he called to let me know that he was available to come earlier than scheduled, if I would like. He arrived shortly after the phone call, came in and quickly recognized that the pump had failed. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very pleased with his service and look forward to him returning to install a new pump."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
