By Thursday at 8:15 am - Shaun Roberts and Bryan Jones were at my house removing my old unit and installing a brand new more efficient unit. They spent over 8 hours making sure everything was set up correctly and up to code. I could not be more appreciative for their professionalism. They spent probably more than 4 hours up in my attic making sure everything was easy to get to and set up correctly. The only con on this whole process was price. It was a little bit expensive, but with the service I received, I am willing to pay just a little bit more. PS I also got a 1-year service agreement with the unit that includes - two visits for my air conditioner/heating unit, two visits from a plumbing specialist and two visits from an electrician specialist."

"Coastal Crawl Space Solutions Cleaned up water intrusion coming thru the foundation. They installed a french drain and sump pump, and cleaned the entire encapsulated space. The work was completed on a professional and timely basis. Definitely, worth 5 stars. I would recommend this contractor as one of the best in the area."

"Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
