The owner of Lawn Care Creations, Randall Ball, came over to see me the next day after I contacted him. He went over the service and followed up with an email with prices and list of all his services. We set up a day to have his crew come in to mow and do fall cleanup for me. I have lots of trees so there was quite a mess for his crew to clean up. They also cleared out a few small shrubs and vines. They did a wonderful job. My yard has not looked this good in years. My neighbors make a special trip over to tell me how impressed they were with the work done. We were very pleased with the outcome, but felt a little nervous over the course of the time that it took to complete the project since we had to pay the entire amount upfront and weren't around to oversee any of it. However, in the end we think we got a fair price, good communication, and excellent final product."
