We were patient with their schedule and was worth the wait. The good contractors are always booked up and will take longer to get started. Weather played a factor in the delay, but nobody can control that. The father/son crew that did the work were professional and paid attention to detail. The quality of the work along with the awesome pricing sets this contractor apart from all the competition. "They did not really listen to what I wanted. They tried to sell me on a high-end ($3000) glass door, when all I really needed was a standard $300 model from Lowe's. Their quote was much higher than other companies. I am sure they do great work, their follow-up was thorough and supportive, but we did not need a high-end solution."
