"We were very happy to find such a gem of a contractor. No money was asked for prior to work starting. Every minute we waited for them to begin was worth it. We were patient with their schedule and was worth the wait. The good contractors are always booked up and will take longer to get started. Weather played a factor in the delay, but nobody can control that. The father/son crew that did the work were professional and paid attention to detail. The quality of the work along with the awesome pricing sets this contractor apart from all the competition. "I reported a window sealant problem beneath several windows, and my concern that I also may have a house foundation issue. I was given an inspection appointment. Daniel Messer conducted a thorough inspection, inside and outside, and determined that our foundation is solid, but we have a water leakage problem. This is causing rain water to enter beneath our windows, resulting in a significant window trim gap and separation from the window. Daniel was very polite and helpful, advising that we most likely need a carpenter specialist to alleviate our problem. My wife and I really appreciate his honest evaluation."
