I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. When I bought the house a few years ago, they did an excellent job making my house structurally sound with metal beams and jacks. They showed up on time and worked diligently in a tiny space. They did a great job back then and every year they come back and check over all the work, tightening things up, and checking for any issues. Our yearly inspection was last week and I am so grateful that they wiggle through the crawlspace each year. This year, Eric found an electrical wire that was sparking against the wooden subfloor of my house! A mouse had chewed away some of the wire insulation. He notified me and I was able to get the issue fixed quickly. The location of the wire was hidden in a small corner behind some plumbing, the electrician was amazed it was noticed, and I am very thankful that I found out before we had a house fire. Over the years I have been extremely impressed by their consistently excellent work. Extraordinary people doing amazing work!"
