"James Cress Jr Water Pump Company came out to check my well and give me an estimate on work to be performed. He was punctual with his appointment with me. "Ask for Jon!!! Jon has definitely gone above and beyond in every aspect from driving an hour away same day, to inspecting and cleaning and fixing my propane fireplace in almost 1 hour. Along with this long strenuous process of trying to search and call for a company who would schedule and quote and being told I would have to pay $100+ just for coming out. Fairway plumbing i high recommend for great service at a low price. Jon was there to save the day. I know some stuff wasnâ t in his job description. He answered every question. Even the dumb ones. I was very blessed that Jon worked on my fireplace as if it was his own, and even walked my Wife and I on the process of using it. Jon if you are reading this. Thank you again!!!"

"Tim did a great job with the replacement of our water heater. Even though it was the day after Thanksgiving he moved some of his other appointments around to come to our home that afternoon. Tim and his assistant were careful to put on shoe covers in the house and to observe COVID 19 precautions. The job required more complicated plumbing since we have a desuperheater loop from our geothermal heat pump that connects to the water heater; the additional charge for this work was minimal. Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."
