He repaired my garbage disposal, a 6' double wood gate that was falling apart, he repaired a dog damaged wood fence, chalked cracks in my bricks ( due to house settling) , replaced an non-working garage door outside keypad. He pointed out and worked on a settlement issue in the back of my house, unnoticed, this could have become a MAJOR expenditure. He worked diligently for 6 hours.
