They were great for install, and troubleshooting. Then... they disappeared as a business. No follow up customer service.

Initially they did a decent job aside from cutting through our brand new asphalt driveway without letting us know that would be necessary. Our line is not currently working, we've left a several messages with "the answering service" that have not been responded to. Now the line rings busy and the website is down. Meanwhile, we cannot contain our dogs.

Tyler, the installer, was very professional. Arrived on time, explained everything in detail and was reachable after installation. Our puppy, a 5mo old Lab, respected the boundaries almost immediately as Tyler introduced her to the boundaries at the completion of the installation. We felt comfortable letting our puppy roam/run/play/rest leash free in our yard within 24hrs.

Freedom dog fence put in the system, but never closed the trench or provided a key for the enclosure for the controls, door is just unlocked and flaps open. Trench went into my neighbors yard as well... put cable across the drive in the seam, but never sealed it as they stated they would. Made several attempts to have them come finish the job -they found reasons to never complete. Its been going on two months and I should not have to keep rescheduling their cancellations to finish the job. Do not recommend.

"Hi Ron, just left you a voicemail. We don't normally seal a driveway so that we can service it in the future if needed. But I see we had to reschedule your request to seal your driveway twice because it was raining. The caulk will wash out in the rain. No worries, the slit in the ground will self heal. The box doesn't need a key to close. Latch it back the same way you opened it. If you can't figure it out or need instruction, let me know. If for any reason you changed your mind about where you had us put the line, we'll be happy to move it. We're just a phone call away, chat soon!"

Marc, Jason, and Chris have been great to work with. Even with this pandemic, they did the best they could in these crazy times. Unfortunately, I have had to have Freedom come out several times because my lawn services keep cutting the lines:-( At some point I need to learn how to fix it myself! The latest repair had many many cut lines and Chris basically redid the entire lawn. They accidentally tried to charge me 2x for a trip fee but they resolved the misunderstanding almost immediately!! Thank you Freedom for restoring my faith in humanity and happy I can continue to support a small family run business.
