He even went under the house, in the crawl space, to run the snake from another direction. And it worked! "The water drains were backed up throughout the house. I called McKenzie Plumbing in the morning. They said they were booked solid but would fit me in that same day. Late that afternoon their service technician (Sven) came. He located the main clean-out connection just outside the house. After only a few minutes he was able to pressure out the pipe leading to the main sewer line at the road. This unclogged the drain and the sewer was flowing freely. However, three days later the sewer backed up again. This time Sven came out within two hours. He put a pluming snake down the clean-out this time but could not clear the line. He then checked the clean-out connection at the road and found the main PWC sewer line was blocked. Sven called PWC and they came within an hour and worked for 4 hours to clear the clog. Throughout the whole process McKenzie Plumbing and Sven treated me like they put the customer first. I highly recommend their services."

"Spencer S. and Ayden made sure walkways and other areas were protected by cloth runners. They ran into a problem with the shower drain, which was almost entirely encased in concrete from the home's foundation. They spent quite some time with a portable jackhammer chiseling out enough pipe to attach to. No extra charge! Everything was cleaned up when they left and the beautiful new shower works perfectly."

"Scrubbed mold from wooden support members under concrete porch. More than willing to retouch areas that I felt needed fine tuning. Allowed to dry & double coated with antimicrobial sealer. Hand dug in different area down to French Drain in attempt to cap off & re-route. Owner of Falcone drilled several weep holes in concrete blocks that were allowing slight seepage into crawl. Water tested area of concrete patio & bricks that I had installed recently above seepage area in series to correct. Even though he brought his trenching equip for substantial dig that was quoted, Fred felt that I had solved the seepage problem & did not need the modification to french drain. Saved me a bunch of money by not doing this & by not fabricating additional expenses related to trailering equip to the site. Note: Most contractors would have proceeded with the dig needed or not, out of greed. I felt that Fred was very knowledgeable, competent, honest and that he &  his crew were quite focused on making sure that I was a satisfied customer. UPDATE: 03/03/19 *** Install, Replace or Repair a Main Sewer Pipe *** Comment: My 49-year-old house was in dire need of a total replumbing and removal of the very old cast iron pipe that was draining very slow. Blantons plumber, Charlie, made a thorough inspection, came up with an acceptable plan and additional recommendations that needed to be done (which I was not able to see and evaluate), did not include unnecessary work or parts. Of course Blantons is more expensive than most companies but they are worth EVERY dollar spent! THANK YOU!!! UPDATE: 03/15/19 *** Waterproof a Basement or Foundation *** Comment: Shawn and his assistant repaired my encapsulation after a plumbing project was completed. They repaired all cuts to the encapsulation, took time to remove pipes and supports that were no longer needed, and even vacuumed to ensure my crawl space was as clean as it was before the plumbing job.
