"Byron was a true professional. Kind and very knowledgeable concerning my electrical issue I was experiencing. He quickly diagnosed the problem and offered a solution. He told me up front the price I was looking at paying for the repair and I was happy with that amount. Quick, friendly, and reliable. Traits not too often found in today’s society. I will definitely be recommending this company to my neighbors and if I have another issue arise, I will definitely contact Byron. Eric Shedd"

"We had a great experience working with Byron, during our home renovation. He didn’t just come in and do the electrical work, he took the time to offer thoughtful input that really helped us plan out our lighting and make decisions we’re very happy with. He was knowledgeable, professional, easy to communicate with, and incredibly easy to work with around our renovation schedule. Having someone who was flexible, dependable, and willing to share his expertise made the whole process so much easier. We’re very pleased with the finished work and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable electrician. We’ll definitely be calling him again for future projects!"

"The install was scheduled and completed quickly. The lightning rods and cable look neat and tidy along the roof. Mr. Hamilton was friendly and efficient."

"The tech came out, checked every part inside the dryer before moving on to verifying that the electrical supply and cord were correct.  The problem turned out to be that the wall outlet had gone bad.  It was good that they did diagnose (correctly, replacing the outlet fixed the issue) the problem, but annoying that it was the _last_ thing the tech thought to test, rather than first.

"WB Lightning is focused on customer service. The company provided good communication and responded very quickly to my inquiry for a quote. WB Lightning is a respected company, I had another electrical service provider tell me I made a good choice when I hired WB Lightning Rods."

"Had to keep coming back but finally stayed with it & finished a great job!ð"

"The problem turned out to be a burned out small electric door switch. I believe the price was way too expensive for the service performed and the price of the door switch. What more can I say? It got done."
