Jeremy was extremely professional and personable.  He sent a text and called to notify me when he'd be here, and he was exactly on time.  I didn't have any idea where my townhouse dryer vent was, so he checked a few places and found it was on the roof.  After a short time of hearing a vacuuming sound through the vent indoors, he came inside and pulled out the dryer and checked the connection there.  Brought his own rug to wipe his shoes, and he put on paper booties while indoors.  Procedure took maybe a half hour.
