  • Down East Pools and Spas
Joshua, the owner of Down East Pools hired our company to deliver the rock for a residential pools. Aug 2021 (2 separate properties) In one instance we paid for the rock on OUR ACCOUNT. Its October and we are still waiting for the full amount owed. We're trying to recover from COVID and he's taking advantage of us! I went to the residence where the rock was delivered and the property owner said he fired Joshua also. He lied so much! NOT PROFESSIONAL! Do not use him, he doesn't pay his bills

  • Carolina Creations Pools & Landscapes Inc
We had contacted many different companies to get quotes to complete our pool. Carolina Creations was by far the best decision we could have made. Carolina Creations installed our pool, ran the electrical, plumbing and so much more. They went above and beyond with every aspect of the job completed. The price was?extremely?reasonable for the quality of work they preformed. Carolina Creations was? professional in every aspect. My husband and myself could not have been more pleased with the results. You will not regret hiring Carolina Creations to complete you landscaping dreams

  • Carolina Creations Pools & Landscapes Inc
If you would like a pool installed this is the company to go with. From day one we were super please with the professionalism of Art and all of the other installers in this process. I called Carolina Creations on a Wednesday, Art was out to access our site on Thursday. When he came out he spent almost two hours mapping out the layout and listening to what we wanted and what our budget would be. After we gave him the okay and our deposit, Art handled all the permits and had everything lined up for one month after the assessment. We started the project on time, but Art made sure we understood that the timeline was based on the weather. He was very helpful through the whole process keeping us updated and answering any questions that we had!! Once the project started it took only two weeks to complete, and they would have been finished earlier if we did not have to wait through tropical storm Andrea. Art and his crew made sure we had a fantastic product at the end of the construction period. After the installation was complete they helped us set up the pool with salt and also cleaned the pool several time so we could jump right in when they were finished with concrete deck. We love our pool and would not use any other company but Carolina Creations. They are a company that you can trust and depend on to do the job right the first time

  • Backyard Retreats Pools & Spas
Do - build a budget for your pool ... turns out pool is only 60% of the investment I made in decking, landscaping, etc... Do - build a big pool deck ... ours is 1600 square feet and we can fill it up but it still does not feel crowded, a big plus. Do - opt for a swim ledge ... we spend a lot of time in that area. Do - plan for it to take 3 months ... maybe you can do it faster, BUT landscaping and decking and just general stuff took more time than I anticipated. The May 1 date I used in the "Service Date" field is approximately when we finished all of the big items associated with the backyard project. Do - invest in a water feature that makes noise ... very relaxing to hang out by the pool and listen to the waterfalls, particularly after the kids go to bed ... Don't - underestimate the cost ... see my first do

  • Blue Hawaiian Pools
The pool that he put is absolutely gorgeous. He gave me the best deal for the best pool. They also put the pool in short period of time like three to four days. He still comes over like if I have any question and he takes care of it. I very satisfied withe work they've done. He was outstanding.

  • Pools Patios And Spas
My wife and I contracted with Pools, Patios and Spas, LLC (PP&S), to install an in ground pool in our back yard. On 4 Nov 2014, a contract was signed to complete "in about one month" a 54" steel walled, kidney shaped in ground pool costing $26615.00.On 27 Dec 2014, Chris Cash excavated the pool space and the dry well was installed. On 2 Jan, 2015 the steel wall was installed. 7 yards of cement were poured onto the bottom of the pool on 5 Jan but it was discovered that the dry well was not working since water was collecting in the base of the pool. A sump pump was used to stabilize the drainage problem and the owner was advised by Chris that further correction of the drainage problem needed to be addressed. Tommy Pollard, owner, continued plumbing and electrical in spite of knowing about the drainage problems. A new Supervisor, Al Kick told us on the 31 Jan that the project was "a mess" when he came to evaluate it. On 1 Feb, Al Kick and Vern Padgett (another Supervisor) took pictures of the project to share with Tommy Pollard. On 11 Feb, Tommy Pollard came to the work site and suggested that well points be installed, at our expense. In mid Feb we had an evaluation by another Pool Contractor suggesting that well points were not going to fix the drainage problem. It was their opinion that ..."the number one issue is ground water and it needed to be addressed proactively NOT retroactively. "All work ceased on the project until mid March when Tommy Pollard returned to the sight and attempted to position well points without our consent. Instead, the drainage problem was corrected by removal of cement to the existing dry well. In Apr 2015 sporadic work included, replacing the caved walls, re-pouring the concrete, and placing coping around the pool. On 29 Apr the crew began installation of the liner and the owner suggested pre-payment on work not yet done. Our pool, started on 27 Dec, 2014 and as of 5 May, 2015 was still not complete or useable. We have paid $21828.00 to date

  • Pools Patios And Spas
Do not use this company. They are typical salesmen. They will tell you they can do anything, however they cannot. I relocated to this area and had owned my own swimming pool business in a northern state. This company never even completed a pool before, unfortunately I did not know this till way afterwards.I can give you a list if needed Please for your own good, stay away. I needed to finsih this myself and hire other to certain things
