We recently purchased our home and had a number of items from the inspection report and other projects we needed done. These included installing lattice work on our deck to make it baby-proof, installing baby gates, running Cat-6 ethernet cable, mounting a TV, securing and caulking toilets, among a number of other small repairs, etc. Andrei is a consummate professional. He is detail oriented and thorough. When giving an estimate he took his time to assess the feasibility of each project and to plan out the process. He is timely and delivers as promised. He takes pride in his work and it shows. We couldn’t be more pleased with the result. After he finished our project, I immediately recommended him to my parents who had some damaged shoe molding in need of repair and shelving installed in the garage. "I had such a great experience with Tore'! He arrived exactly on time, took the time to listen to my problem with the plumbing, and then asked several follow-up questions. When he got to work, he was diligent and kept me updated on what was happening. Tore' got the repair done,made suggestions on how to prevent issues in the future and recommended a new garbage disposal to replace our rusty old one. Oh! And he also had a milkbone for my dog! "This was a great experience from start to finish. Tim met w/us and we explained to him what we wanted to do. He gave some great ideas and was very informative. Tim allowed us to save some money by demoing the old bathroom ourselves before they came in. The quote was given to us the same day we met and their earliest opening was 4 weeks out. This was the perfect amount of time needed to pick the tile, grout, and vanity. Russ installed all the tile, trim work, and vanity. Russ was very nice and easy to work with. We made a few changes from the original quote and Russ took care of it all w/no problems. All the work was completed in 3 days and our bathroom was transformed into a newly updated bathroom. We are very happy with our new bathroom and would recommend them to anyone!"

"Out of three estimates, Albert provided the lowest bid.  They say you shouldn't judge on price alone.  But, the reviews on Angie's List were so good, I decided to go with Albert and I'm glad I did.  Albert's crew showed up on the first day promptly at 9am as he said they would.  They pressure washed the house, front stoop & steps and removed some rotted wood on the first day.  The 2nd day, they removed more wood, scraped paint, sanded and started replacing some of the wood.  It took them a total of five full days to finish the job start to finish.  They painted the house, trim, shutters and the door.  They painted the mailbox post and replaced the mailbox with one I purchased.  They painted the back porch post and rails, stained the porch floor and steps and then re-screened the porch. 
They did a fantastic job.  I couldn't be more pleased.  The house looks wonderful.  They cleaned all of the windows once they were done.  I had a film on my front storm door which I removed.  It left an adhesive.  I went to Home Depot to purchase the necessary supplies to clean off the adhesive.  However, after they painted my door I came downstairs (I work at home) and my storm door was spic and span clean.  They had removed all of the adhesive for me.  The crew was very polite and professional.  After the first day, they arrived at 8am each day and left at 5pm.  They put everything away at the end of each day.  When they were done with the job, they cleaned up very nicely.
The one complaint that I had which is minor is that someone smoked (either Albert's crew or family member) and would drop the cigarette butts in my yard.  There weren't many of them.  But, I found that distasteful.   Except for that, I am very pleased with Albert's Painting and would use them again.
Original review was written in March.  This is an update in May:  I called Albert to install some rails near my front stoop steps.  I had to call a few times.  Albert finally came out to take measurements and was going to call me back with a price.  I have yet to hear back from him despite my calling him again.

"We chose CrawlSpace Medic based on professionalism, reliability, reasonable cost estimate, and previous reviews on Angie’s List. Each day the crew showed up on time, worked hard all day, and cleaned up at end of each day; were respectful of property, and very professional, and pleasant to work with. They kept us informed of progress, and what was being done each day. During removal of old piping, they found additional damage behind the pipes that was not visible/identified during initial inspection- were very reasonable with determining the additional cost. They replaced damaged sills, old rotted floor joists, installed permanent support girders with masonry piers, installed a 10ml plastic vapor barrier, and installed multiple foundation vents. We are very satisfied with the results. Our floors are no longer bouncy, and floors feel very sturdy- was a dramatic difference after work completed. The 10 ml plastic Vapor barrier also has prevented that old damp smell inside the house after heavy rains. Was a good experience, and reasonable cost-(initial estimate $10,400, additional work required and we added foundation vent installation was $3800); would hire again."
