We have used Carlos and his team multiple times in our home! We used him to update our kitchen tile the first time and the most recent for our bathroom renovation. Carlos does exceptional work, very thorough and knowledgeable, timely and very fair on pricing. We would highly recommend Redbird Builders and would absolutely use them again.

I hired a contractor to do a porch enclosure and he sub contracted Carlos to do the tile flooring. He was extremely professional and courteous. My floor is beautiful . He did an amazing job. I would certainly recommend him.

RTS Services was great! Carlos not only performed the repairs/renovations I needed, but also did an extra item for me that wasn't on the original list. He and his team were on time, reasonably priced, efficient and clean! I will definitely be engaging RTS for the other projects on my list as well as recommending them to family and friends.

We had a major water leak that damaged our master bath, closet and a half bath. The restoration company our Insurance company used had to rip out the existing porcelain tile, backer boards, most of the baseboards and in doing so damaged drywall. Carlos came out gave us a fair quote but couldn't start for 2 weeks. We're glad we waited. He started on a Thursday and had everything basically done by Monday. (Drywall , base boards, carpeting, new porcelain tile in 2 rooms) He even worked Saturday so we can use that part of the house asap. This company was great will use and recommend him in the future.

He was on time to fix my broken kitchen sink faucet, and he was quick to do the work, and he fast and very pleasant. i would give hm a 10 if it was possible

Carlos deserves the highest rating that I could give him. I have worked with lots of tradesmen and he is defiantly the best I have ever worked with. If it were possible I would give him a 10 rating, and highly recommend him to everyone. Truly a treasure in this day and age when there are so many crooks out there , ready to take your money in exchange for doing poor work and the almighty dollar is the name of the game. NOT SO with Carlos. He is outstanding. Giving you a written quote, showing up on time, doing excellent work, wonderful clean up, respectful to all, and we plan to use his services over and over again as we remodel our home. I feel I have found a real treasure connecting with Carlos!

He showed up a day late and did terrible work. Then he came back to be paid for the work he had done. He scheduled an appointment to come back and finish the work and didn't show up. I texted and called and did not get a response. He's awful.
