These guys are a fantastic bunch. I had an issue with a Kitchenaid Fridge, a 5 door model. Turns out there's a known major issue with ice build-up/defrosting in these units. Whirlpool support was very unhelpful but the techs from premier worked with me constantly to try and get us the best results from the warranty and honest opinions on the unit. We used them for almost six parts replacements across a literal half year (Whirlpool was shotgunning them and the repair tech has to follow warranty guide or he could lose his license) and near the end Premier even comped us some parts because they honestly wanted to see the fridge repaired for us. After all that effort and time, they got this expensive unit going again in spite of Whirlpool tech support. We would recommend them and will use them at our house for repairs from now on.

Excellent. Tech was very understanding of my needs. Also made the diagnosis promptly. Only thing he could not repair washer because of warranty. Needed a maytag tech. There is not one for our area. Really wish maytag would hire him solely for this purpose. Other than that he was very reasonable with his price

The source of the leak turned out to be the dispenser tray not being completely closed during the wash cycle. He could've taken advantage of the situation and replaced a part unnecessarily charging an arm and a leg in the process. Instead he was honest and even adjusted the legs so the machine tilts slightly backwards in the event the tray doesn't get fully closed again to prevent the water from leaking from the tray. I will definitely call them again if I'm in need of an appliance repair.

WOW. Said they'd call me at 6:30 am and they did. Said they'd be there by 7:30 am and they were there. Said they'd be back by 4:00 and they were here at 3:45. How do other places stay in business????

They are courteous and professional, doesn't charge what the big companies charge.
