Brian introduced me to his workers, we discussed the jobs to be completed. They got started very professional. After the job walked me through answering all questions till I was satisfied.

Brian and his assistant (whom name I canâ t remember) came in and did a wonderful job for me. Very polite, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Will definitely use them again in the future. Great team and work was done in a timely manner!

Brian of Copper Electric responded immediately and communicated thoroughly. Our florescent lights in the garage were not working. They scheduled time on the next business day. They arrived on time and then diagnosed and corrected the problem in a timely manner. I have saved Brian's number for the future.

Had an outlet in my master bathroom go bad. The company sent a technician out and replaced it for $150. The next day the same outlet stopped working. The technician came back out and found the other outlet in the bathroom was bad and they were in a serial circuit which was causing the issue. The technician called the owner and he charged me another $185 to replace the 2nd outlet. FYI, instead of $150 like the 1st time it was $185 because the tech had to go to Home Depot (which is 2.4 miles from my house) to get another outlet I can understand charging me for the cost of the 2nd outlet but another $150 for a missed diagnosis from the original trip??? My only question is would it have been $335 for 2 outlets in one trip if it was properly diagnosed?
