The kitchen footprint was changed, new cabinets, appliances, electrical, plumbing, wall removed to sunroom, hardwood floors installed, exterior door replaced, wet bar installed in pantry, new tile and shower in master. "We found Elaineâ s Construction & Design a year ago on Angieâ s List and we couldnâ t have made a better choice. We had been debating whether to move to a house with a master suite down or just stay where we were and put an addition on our current home. We looked at about 15 houses and just couldnâ t find any that were right, so we contacted Elaineâ s Construction. I had sketched out what we wanted for an addition along with some renovation ideas. They came over, listened to everything we said and reviewed what I had drawn out on graph paper. We then went outside and they roughly walked it off and staked it with sticks and string so that we all had a visual. Our project was somewhat challenging since it was during the Covid lockdown. So while Covid may have extended our time line somewhat, we couldnâ t be happier with the results.
