Once again Robinson Tree Service/Brandon Parson Stump Removal did excellent work for our HOA in Fort Mill. This is now the 5th time we have have used this company and as I have said before; we wouldn't look anywhere else, their professionalism and customer service is second to none. This current job included removal of five trees, followed by the stump removal. Brandon came out prior to the job to be sure of all details and possible issues were addressed prior to the start of the work. Communication is always excellent and follow up is the same. I simply can't express how satisfied we continue to be with this company and all its employees. Just like every time before arrived when they said they would, took care of stump, clean up and done. A smaller simple job, but I wouldn't think of using anyone else, this is job #5 for our HOA, A+ again. If you need stump or tree work of any kind call these people you will not regret it. This is the second time we have used BrandonParsons at our HOA in Fort Mill. This job was removing(grinding) multiple stumps in different locations in our community, Hector showed up on time and was just as wonderful as the last time, the stumps were removed the clean up was great and most important they were careful on the soft and wet terrain, taking extra care to leave minimal tracks. Job was finished timely without a hitch. I simply can't express how great these folks do their job(your job) we already have another job lined up for them and I say to anyone looking for this type of work, look no further, these are the people. Brandon Parson's team was contracted through another tree company to come and grind our stump. They were very efficient with their time, cleaned up nicely after themselves and were very professional. I made sure to ask for their card if we ever needed their services again (which we likely will with all the trees that come down in our neighborhood). I would recommend their services because they showed up when they said they would, were kind and professional and did great work!

Totally satisfied! Every aspect of taking down and removing 3 large mature trees and trimming another was "above & beyond". Arrived as scheduled and every crew member was professional, courteous, efficient, considerate of property, worked safely and obviously well trained. They thoroughly cleaned up when done and "took ownership".

Perfectly, service provider called to mark the lines, showed up on time, worked quickly and spread the mulch.

A crew of 2 showed up prepared with 3 different size grinders. They were quick, used a leaf blower to clean our yard and gave direction on how to treat the areas during an inspection after completion.

It went great. The two gentlemen were right on time and did such a fantastic job on the stump taking it down below yard level. The equipment was amazing and we could not be more pleased with the results. They even blew off the concrete and the patio too. Thanks for a good job. We would highly recommend to anyone needing this service.

Brandon and his team did the work as promised and left the area completely cleaned. We're very pleased with his work.

Brandon and his crew came out when scheduled to give us an estimate and then scheduled the stump grinding as soon as the underground utility markers were done. The arrived 15 minutes early and completed the job in about 1-1/2 hours. When the work was complete they re-leveled the dirt and replaced the pine needles that had been raked back. Very efficient and courteous.
