We reached out to him the first time and told him something was not right and he bs about coming back ! He then finally came back after begging my mom to delete her review first talking about protecting his name and ?.. here we are again with the same thing! Not fixed ! Last time he came he left our house a mess !!!!!!!! Dirt ? everywhere! The town of Warsaw asked did he go under the house and neither time did! He used an electric snake for a temporary fix !!!!!! How dare you take that kind of money from my mom for a half done job !!!!!! "

"The gentleman that responded to our call on a Saturday morning was very curtious and professional. He did a wonderful job over the course of two days due to the difficulty of our situation. I will definitely recommend him to anybody that has the same problem as we had."

"A complete intentional rip off of an African American female senior citizen. Paid $1,200 and Plumber tore up things to get more money. For example, plumber was supposed to fix the shower. Now the toilet backs up in the bathtub.Told me shower needed A new showerhead. He did not test to see if water came out of the showerhead. Complete fraud. "If you are ready to let go of plenty of money for work, then this is the place to call! The man that came out was courteous and polite and the work was good. Technician came out on a Saturday for weekend call and then had to return for a few hours on the following Monday. Total between 7-8 hours (included a trip to Raleigh from Creedmoor and back for a pump). We were charged an extra service charge on top of labor for the trip to get pump. The labor charge averaged out to a little more than $208 per hour. Company was called and bill was discussed. I was told that they do not charge by hour anymore, that they charge by the job and what work is done. (Replaced the pump, line and wire in well and tank). I was told that I would get a call back to discuss the bill, was called back the first time by the time that was stated, but asked could he call later that day when he had more time. There was never a call back. I know things are more expensive these days, but not this much!"

"Communication was great. The house is tall and on a hill. We talked to 3 different companies about doing the work. One company chose not to do it because the house is tall and sits on a hill. Of the other two companies, Total Construction had the best estimate and the people were so nice. I'm so glad they came out to do the work. Each day they cleaned up behind themselves and made it easy for my family to live in the home even though the work was being done. Everything looks so nice now. I know some of my neighbors will be using this company now because they loved watching the work & the outcome!! Great Company!!! Highly recommended!!"
