My father started this business in 1972. He and myself and my two brothers worked together up until a couple years back. My youngest brother works a public job with the county schools and my other brother is a pastor. My father retired the end of last year and now it's just myself and Brad Deal who is an excellent tile layer. We work by the hour and are normally paid on Friday unless other arrangements are made prior to starting job.
