How can you be a plumber and show up at a house that shows leaking and not find the problem?  How can you rip up a toilet as a plumber and not know how to put it back with a decent chalk bead?  We had a nanny and she even told us that her dad said he rips people off.  Do not hire this guy.  Roto-Rooter should be embarrassed to have given him a franchise license.

original employee sent out said the problem was a full septic tank. He located the septic tank for the next crew to dig up and clean out. What he located was a rock and not the septic tank. The "dig out" and clean crew got mad at me because they could not find the tank, they left and I called the owner who showed up (mr. rooney) ran a camera down the drain and declared I did not need a septic tank pump, there was nothing in there. He found a stoppage in the line and cleared it. At this point my cost was aprox. $800.00. This did not fix the problem. I found a liscened plumber who had to replace all the old iron pipes. it now works!

HE ARRIVED ON TIMEE WAS VERY PLEASANT. HE GOT RIGHT TO WORK, DIDN'T MAKE A MESS.

I called Roto-Rooter with slow drains in the basement in our recently purchased house (20 years old with a 1000 gal septic tank). The quoted me $185.00 service call which included the use of their sewer-cam to investigate before doing any digging. In short, they suspected tree roots had infiltrated the tank and distribution box. Uncovering the two septic tank lids and distribution box confirmed this. They were there the next morning to pump out the septic tank ($300.00, quoted in advance)and rinse it well. Throughout the entire process they were on-time, polite, and ready to explain all parts of the process and what my options were depending on what was found. Thanks guys!

The entire experience was stress-free. Being new to the area I had to pick from the phone book, but I was fortunate because, the man who answered the phone said he would be out the same day and gave an approximate time and a quote of the fee. He was here at the exact time he said. The gentleman who came was actually the owner; Drew Rooney, even took the time to look at a plumbing concern or ours and gave my husband advice on what he could do. Drew is a wonderful young man, very professional and educated. My husband and I would recommend him for any plumbing needs, as my husband knows plumbing and was quite impressed with Drew.
