They showed up ontime, were polite and informative, moved the mattress and cedar chest no problem, used an approved cleaning solution on the carpet, and cleaned the carpet with HOT steam/h2o, and replaced the furniture on blocks on the carpet. Great job! The carpet looks wonderful and smells fresh. I would HIGHLY RECCOMEND THEM to anyone and will use them again.

They arrived about 10 minutes before the actual appointment time. Cleaning to be done (i.e. upholstery cleaning was thoroughly explained) and carpet/area rug cleaning was expedited quickly. Great results! Will use again and highly recommend!
