- Carpet Dryclean, Inc.between potty training spilled sippy cups and knocked over baby food my 2 year daughter and 10 month old son has wreaked havoc on everything that was cleaned as listed above. The worst was the potty training accident in the stairwell which forced me to get the carpets cleaned ASAP. I called the Raleigh office first but they gave me the local Fayetteville office. When I called the Fayetteville office Vance answered and said he would be able to come out the next day and told me he would call when he was on his way. True to his word he called about an hour before the scheduled appointment time but did state he would be about 30 minutes late because the service he was performing at that time required a little extra attention, which was not a problem for me because I totally understood. Once he arrived he re explained the cleaning process that they do and the organic cleaning stuff they use which is kid safe. Vance did an outstanding job. Even after he finished he rewalked the areas he cleaned to make sure he didn't miss any spots in which he found a few areas that are notorious about getting stuff spilled like next to the side table by our recliner. So he hit those areas again and got the job done. When he finished he also informed us that it is important to get our carpet cleaned at least once a year which we try to remember to do and the importance of it. Overall I am VERY satisfied with the service that was performed and when I get it done again I sure hope Vance returns to do the job. Probably the best thing about this service was that we didn't have to wait a day or more for the carpet to dry because the cleaning stuff they use

He also explained why it would not be a good idea for him to clean some upholstered pieces which had removable and washable covers - i did appreciate his honesty on my request which would have doubled the bill. He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress.
