"Amazing! The exterior siding replacement turned out to be a bigger job than anticipated because of the flammable materials Billy found underneath the old cedar siding. As soon as he made the discovery, he shared his concerns about leaving the old wrap on the house and discussed viable options with us. The change added time and labor to the job, but they quickly rescheduled the next job and made sure to complete all of our work before moving on. The kitchen/bath remodel was floor & countertop replacement and cabinet painting. Billy did a wonderful job, keeping both the kitchen and bathrooms as functional as possible during the process. He double checked all incoming products, catching poor workmanship on one of the countertops and rejecting them on our behalf at the store. Jeff gave price we agreed and were told someone would be out in week or two. next day guy came out and did the work. couldn't ask for better action. told roof would last 4 to 5 years and that was a pleasant surprise as every one around us having new roofs ."

"I am so happy I contacted Lane’s for an estimate. Out of the 4 I asked for an estimate from in here they were the only ones to call me and they called me within minutes of the request being sent. Ricky was great when he came out. I explained that I needed new siding, windows and gutters. He did all the measurements and provided me answers to all my questions. When the estimate came I was so impressed with the pricing. He explained how long it would be before the job could start because the materials had to be ordered. I was told 6 weeks but it was only 4. They came out and had the job done within a few days. Shannon their Project Manager is awesome. She kept me updated on everything. She called at least once a day to check on how I felt things were going. Ricky came out each day to check how things were going. Their crew does phenomenal work. My house looks beautiful!"

"I have been an A rated angieslist contractor in the Raleigh/Cary area for many many years.  I have a home in Fayetteville and relied on Angieslist to find me an A rated roofer in the area to handle this job.  Ray is very well known and respected at ABC supply in Fayetteville and we met there to discuss shingle choice and sign the contract.  I use ABC supply as my provider of choice in Raleigh and the quality of the materials they sell is very good so I was pleased to find that Ray Bullock used them also.  Ray was on the job most of the day to make sure the work was accomplished and to make sure my questions were answered.  His pricing was more than fair.  As a contractor who is very busy, I was a little skeptical when he said he could do the work next day since I know I have a back log of work constantly but do not let that be a deterrent.  He does what he says he will do and from my experience.....when he says he will do it. Get a quote from the big guys and then call Ray Bullock....quality, price and customer service!  I will use him again on my next house."
