"Wonderful. Very personable, explained everything in detail, listened to all my concern's. Very professional, checked everything and made sure everything worked perfectly. I could not have found anyone better than Drip Doctors. Pipes that had to be dug up and replaced they returned the yard back to as close as they could before digging. When grass grows it will look pretty much the same. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has plumber problems and pipe problems. They helped the hard experience of all that had to be done easier for me with their wonderful attitude towards their client, me, by helping me understand what and why each procedure was done. They are great, the plumbers to call."

"Avoid this company. They came out to my parents property a day earlier than expected. Started probing the ground to find the septic line and weren't able to find it. 15 minutes later water was coming out of the ground, come to find out they poked a hole in our water line. We tried giving the worker a call and he denied it...We had Johns Plumbing come out incurring a $600 charge. The owner Tommy came out looked at the pipe, said he make this right and reimburse. He never came back and ignores my calls and texts. The fact they did this to an elderly couple who are in their 80s with medical issues shows negligence. This experience not only highlighted their lack of responsibility but also revealed a disregard for the well-being of vulnerable individuals. It's crucial to share this to prevent others from facing similar issues."
