Fast and efficient service.

Ricky came out within a couple hours of our first time reaching out to him for this project. We decided to upgrade the toilet for a new one on that day, Thursday. It needed to be ordered. He called me back Monday and it was installed before 1 pm that day. Big difference. Flushes first time. We have a septic tank and I was concerned about how much water was going into my tank needing multiple flushes when using the old toilet. New one uses less water and the first flush gets it all!

Leak began Easter Sunday. Called and left message. Was called back prior to 9AM next day, and had service within a half hour. They replaced 'O' ring and tightened the faucet (it was a bit loose on the sink). Very pleasant, helpful service call - done with 30 minutes. Not free, but very reasonable for speed and quality. Highly recommended if you are in or near west Winston-Salem.

My Experience with Brandon Plumbing was excellent!  We were under a tight time-line to get repairs done on a home before moving in and he made it happen in a timely manner, even being willing to stay late on a Friday or show up early on a Saturday.  And his prices were excellent!  Would recommend in a heart beat.

I have used Brandon in the past years.  Doug and his crew always do an excellent job. He returns calls promptly and arrives when he says he will.  He gets the job done quickly and efficiently. I would highly reccomend Brandon Plumbing. He is  always very fair in his pricing and does good quality work.

Brandon Plumbing did a great job. They just connected my sewer to the city s system. Our area was having trouble with the sewer so we successfully petitioned the city to get connected to their system. Brandon Plumbing was recommended to me by a neighbor. I have since recommended them to others also. I was very happy with their work. The price was fair.

Performed the best work out of all subcontractors. They were the only ones who passed inspection the first time. They went above and beyond the call of duty. They provided superior customer service.

Brandon plumbing got the job done. They were way overpriced and did not do an exceptional job. I will definitely find someone else for any additional plumbing needs.
