I did FSBO buyer found my home . Southland advertising is Facebook market place. Haha After I talked with potential buyer . She did paper work . Told me buyer refused to go higher. Buyer after the fact said not true . She offered me 1000 To sign contract. Never paid. Just go to her office on Hwy 704 a house from her mother Take a good look you will understand . No heat no septic no hot water windows leak . No filing system paper stacked . Ask the buyer of my house he will tell you Ask her x friend Anna she will tell you . She talks about her clients to others . And prays on the weak .
