Messy and sloppy, they dont clean up after themselves. I have a trench in my backyard that I had to fill in myself so nobody would break an ankle walking across my yard. They put holes in walls and leave them. I had to pay someone else to fix it.

"I'm sorry you were not satisfied with your service with us. I wish you had reached out to us if you had a problem or were not happy with your service. Our technicians take great pride in doing a professional quality job and always clean up after service. The trench was filled in completely that was dug to install line and with the all recent rain, there is no way to prevent any sinking in the ground where it was filled. As far as the hole in the wall to install electrical, it was discussed with you beforehand and okayed by you to proceed. You relayed to the technician after service that you were pleased with what was done. Don't know what changed after that."

From the very first phone contact until the new service panel and generator back-up switch were installed, Patrick and his crew did everything that they said they would do. My project was quite unique. Patrick took everything we talked about and put together a project plan and pricing. People showed up when they were scheduled. Patrick and Ryan worked me in around my schedule. They were punctual, professional and very courteous. Needed a water heater breaker replaced, by the time I went inside to get my wallet, they were done. Entire job took less than 15 minutes. They are also very reasonable with pricing. Would recommend them to anyone.
