Job with tasks that were incomplete?conduit hanging, paint tape all the way around my house, debris that was to be hauled off including some job materials left on side of house as well a picket that is not in place. I liked the sales pitch but had to cut it short (to an hour) as I had to go pick up my son. The sales ‘expert’ said he’d send me a quote along with other pertinent information the next day. After a week with no word, I called back and received an apology from customer service and was guaranteed to hear back regarding the quote within 48 hours. Another week passed and I called again. Got the same treatment from customer service along with the same promise of contact within 48 hours. It’s been another week now and obviously they have no intention of following up on this. Can’t speak to the work they do but pre-sale work is lacking."

Heath did an initial assessment of the work required but advised it could change once he got behind the rotten boards to see the extent of the damage. Of course there were more replacements needed and the price went up but in the end he and his team did a great job getting the work completed. Would definitely hire H&H again in the future."
