Work was done well and in a timely fashion. I love my new bathroom window!

I hired him earlier this year. He put up a cheap covering replacing my original awning. It seemed strong enough to meet the needs. I noticed after the job was done, many of nails fastening the nails to the concrete porch were bent and not secured properly. A couple of brackets supporting the 4x4s did not have a nail or lag bolt in them. I wrote him, asking or a written estimate on the materials provided, I received what the work was done, but not how many 2x2s, 4x4s, brackets, etc. itemized items of the materials used. The tin roof leaks, in various spots where the so called silicone was supposed to be put in place to stop that. The galvanized tin roof is thin, maybe the thinnest made, and many of spots flap up when the wind blows as screws into the 1x2s holding it secure, were not used. Also, the brackets holding up the 2x2s are secured into the soffit boards. Soffit boards are cardboard. Wrote back about many problems and did get a reply back.The man is very shady, or was to me, for what reason I have no idea. I would not recommend his service as he left me a job that needs to be re completed by another contractor.

The quality of the work was phenomenal. This is a person who takes pride in his work and is very courteous and responsible. We will hire this individual for all of our projects in the future.
