Until it wasn?t?meaning a gave final payment of $16,000. And there is a very short punch list. I asked John why these items weren?t done and I was hesitant to give final payment. He said and he took photos to document ?I promise we will get on this next week?you can trust me and give me check? Yes I?m guilty of trusting and should have held check. I have text several times to 4 different employees and owners as well made calls and left messages?.crickets. So now I have a $35,000. Job with tasks that were incomplete?conduit hanging, paint tape all the way around my house, debris that was to be hauled off including some job materials left on side of house as well a picket that is not in place. "

Heath did an initial assessment of the work required but advised it could change once he got behind the rotten boards to see the extent of the damage. Of course there were more replacements needed and the price went up but in the end he and his team did a great job getting the work completed. Would definitely hire H&H again in the future."
